All grass, all the time.

Our ruminants (sheep and cattle) are raised on pasture and fed grass for the entirety of their diet. We use rotational grazing to manage the ruminants by allotting portions of the pasture to the herd and moving frequently to create a pattern of disturbance and rest. This allows the pastures to produce more grass, sequester carbon, and keep our animals healthy and growing.
