We offer several ways to purchase our farm products to fit our customers' various lifestyles and diets.
By the individual cut / chicken - We offer a variety of individual pork, beef and lamb cuts as well as whole chickens and eggs at our farm store (open Saturdays from 2-4pm) and at the Fairmount Farmers Market on the first Sunday of the month (June - October) from 10am-2pm at the corner of 19th and Agate. Purchasing individual cuts / chickens is a great option if: you're looking to try out our products, you tend to prefer particular cuts and/or you don't eat a lot of meat at home.
Through our CSA program - Our CSA program provides our members a monthly share of our farm products (beef, pork, lamb and chicken). To read more about how our CSA program works, click here.
Joining our CSA is a great option if: you're looking to include pasture-raised meat as a regular part of your diet, you enjoy cooking & the variety of a CSA program and/or you don't have a lot of extra freezer space.
