Fair Valley Farm is a diversified livestock farm, focusing on raising grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken and turkey. It was started by two former city kids from Texas, turned farmers, after having learned about the state of our food system and the negative impact it was having on animals, the environment and our nation (and world for that matter).

At Fair Valley Farm, we work hard to raise our animals in the best way we know how, allowing them to express their natural tendencies and enjoy life outdoors on pasture. We use farming practices that are regenerative to the land and require much lower inputs of fossil fuels than conventional farming methods. The result is delicious, healthy and nutritionally dense meat and poultry that you can feel good about eating.

Jenni Timms, Owner & Farm Manager

Jenni grew up spending summers in the Northwest, where her love for local and homegrown food was sown. Eventually she made her way to Oregon and after spending a year apprenticing at a pasture-based farm in Corvallis, established Fair Valley Farm here in Eugene. She manages the daily operations of the farm: from feeding, watering and moving animals to bookkeeping, marketing and communications.

Outside of farming, Jenni enjoys serving on the boards for the Willamette Farm and Food Coalition and Heart of the Valley Growers Cooperative, as well as staying active in the running community by training for an occasional half marathon.
